The real estate sector in South Africa works mostly offline, and there is no full-cycle digital solution for a long-term rental market. People face plenty of fraud while renting and giving a lease, so markets don't grow fast, while offline real estate agencies take massive commissions.
Our challenge was to make the life of landlords and tenants easier by digitizing their experiences and protecting them from risks.

We created UX flows, wireframes, UI, and UI kit with reusable components for the system based on the best and proven solutions that already exist on the market using branding provided by the client. We developed and launched the system in early 2020 and got positive feedback from early adopters.
style
We built a cosy, stylish colour scheme to support the main idea of the system—simplicity of use, high level of trust, and a bit of excitement. We've chosen a clean, minimalistic approach with significant use of negative space, focusing users' attention on the content while keeping accents on the main actions per screen.
